  • With operations in 54 countries and territories, Chubb provides commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, personal accident and supplemental health insurance, reinsurance and life insurance to a diverse group of clients.
  • Chubb Accident Insurance pays you a benefit if you experience Accidental Death & Dismemberment or Permanent Total Disability as a result of a covered accident. It provides financial help for you and your family in the event of an accident and works as a supplement to any medical plan.

The Assignment

  • Help Chubb promote its telephone sales channel, which depended in large part on the leads.

The Work

  • HolaHello began by undertaking generic campaigns, focusing on two digital marketing phases.
  • However, our new objective began with Phase 3: creating new leads. By doing this, Chubb woud be able to call people who qualify or are interested in purchasing the insurance product.
  • We developed the brand’s design, focusing on its presentation to the market. By strategizing a social media campaign, we helped Chubb reach a larger audience and create an increased performance.

Results

  • In 2022, HolaHello managed to increase Chubb’s website traffic by 80% and the number of people interested in the product increased by 25%.
